2016 has been a lot of fun and a very interesting time. We’ve had tragic news and stupendously great news as well. But like all things, it must come to an end and we go into the new year revitalized and full of hope. We’re incredibly thankful for our readers and want to wish you guys the best New Year possible.
May the New Year bring lots of positive changes
Because it feels like we likely need it. We’ve lost several iconic, loved individuals, had a very impactful election in the US and political decisions that have long lasting impacts. But that doesn’t mean we didn’t have good things happen, either. Tech is evolving, we’ve seen improvements in GPUs with Polaris, Pascal and are much closer to seeing a very impressive new CPU from AMD, which has been greatly refined during 2016. Even socially we’ve seen tremendous growth as we wade in these new waters that interconnectivity brings us. Tech for 2017 is going to be even more exciting, rumor has it of course.
In the New Year, take a good look at what you want to change and instead of trying to get rid of behaviors, add in small positive changes very gradually. Eventually, if you’re persistent, the bad behaviors will fade away. It’s not simple, and it takes great fortitude, but it’s something that can be practiced and is probably more efficient than simply cutting out nascent behaviors abruptly.
We have a lot of new things coming this year ourselves, with more reviews, more commentary and even an actual video series in the works. Stay tuned for much more from us. and Happy New Year!
